Bio
Riki Parikh is the deputy new media director for Mark Warner’s campaign for U.S. Senate. He previously worked for the communications and Internet teams for Warner’s Forward Together PAC. He was most recently an associate writer for National Journal’s The Hotline, and is the blog editor and research assistant at the Institute for Politics, Democracy, & the Internet at GW. In 2004, Riki helped create The Daily Colonial, a daily online student publication, and helped to establish its news department. He served as its editor-in-chief in 2006. He graduated from The George Washington University with a degree in political science and international affairs. Originally from Harriman, N.Y., Riki went to high school in Flemington, N.J., and currently lives in Forest, Va.
